Our Story

Founded in 2018, iTask began as a service marketplace connecting customers with field service providers. Along the way, we uncovered a major challenge: many field teams—such as technicians and cleaners—were still relying on manual processes, with no proper system to schedule work, assign staff, or track on-site tasks.

That insight shaped our mission. While office operations were going digital, field teams were being left behind. Today, iTask helps industries like HVAC, cleaning, facilities management, and landscaping run more efficiently with a mobile-first platform for task management, reporting, analytics, and IoT integration. Our goal is simple—to improve productivity, accountability, and service quality for the teams that keep operations running every day.
