Create Request
How To Create A Request
In order to create or edit the request form, they can:

- Press the “Setup”.
- Then, press the “Request”.
- Choose “Form”.

- By default, the system will pre-add a “Request From”. If the user wants to edit the form, they can press “Edit”.
- If the user wants to add a new form, they can press the “+ New Form” button.

- The pre-added “Request Form” already includes important fields for required information to allow the customer to provide their request.

- Press “Form Information & Setup”.
- Then, press “Notification”.
- Notifications can be set to specify who will receive notifications once the request is submitted by the potential customer.

- Press “Integration Code”.
- Share the link with the customer to allow them to submit the request.
