How to Convert Request to Quotation

1. After clicking the “Convert” button, the system will prompt the admin user to choose the
2. If the customer is not existing in the customer list, the user can click the “New Customer” to redirect to the “Create New Customer” For the required actions, please refer to the  How to Create Customer.
3. Once the customer is selected, the page will redirect to the “Create New Quotation” For the required actions, please refer to the  How to Create Quotation section.
4. Once the request is successfully converted to a quotation, the status will be changed directly to “Completed.”
