View Request List

1. To access the request list, you can press “Request” to view all the requests received from customers submitted through the link.
2. There are three statuses in the request: “Pending,” “Cancelled” and “Completed.”
3. The admin user is also able to search the request based on the email, name, company, or phone number.
4. The data can also be exported in four formats: Excel, CSV, PDF, or printed out on paper.
